As far as we know, that's all. There's a veeeery slim, but greater than zero chance, that someone could make episodes set between season 4 and 5, but I don't think Genndy wants to do it now the series has a definitive ending.

Saves space with minimal sacrifice to quality. The trade-off is it takes more resources for your computer to decode.

I think he was referring to the links being base64 encoded with salt text added, not the episodes.
