whats better about x265? im disappointed that vlc took away the ability to make the volume 200%, I play most of my movies at 140-165 and with the vlc player for x265 I cant do that :(

X265 offers the same quality while keeping the filesize smaller. 4k only comes in x265 afaik. A simple Google search gives you more information.
