Maybe is just lower-quality rip (like amzn vs tbs for got rips). Not sure. My source no reply when I ask where this come from.

If was upscaled, probably should not affect filesize -- natural 1080p should be same size as upscaled 1080p. Anyway: I imagine, is because is cartoon.
