Season 8 is now officially concluded with the 'Islands' story arc.

Season 9 starts with previous episode s08e15: 'Orb' and so far runs through to episode 14: 'Three Buckets'... it is the last season, but I've no idea how many episodes it may be stretched out to.

They keep reshuffling when it comes time to finalise disc production — This Wikipedia list is an accurate source.
