Both were done in Handbrake. Season 1 was set to 2 pass on slow(?) at 1500 VBR. Season 2 was set to RF 18 at very slow.

You own the dvds of renegade angel? I have the show already, but it's not in the best quality. I wouldn't mind getting those if you ripped them in a better quality than the torrents that are floating around have.

Is it possible for you to re-encode season 2 similar to season 1. Season 2 is half the size, no subs and contains a second ac3 192kbps eng audio stream, at-least in the first episode that i watched. it looked blurry to me as compared to season 1 (27" 1080p LCD) Season 1 quality is very good. would love to have season 2 in same quality please...
