There are a number of different episode orderings, these are based off http://thetvdb.com/ so scrapers can add them to media libraries easily. All the episodes are there but they may not be in the same order you're expecting, in this order Yawn of the Dead is episode 1 of season 1.

That link seems to go to another video but I was able to find the file and add it to the megashare. It's a 240p rip from facebook but given that until 2015 this was considered lost media I doubt we'll ever get a better copy.
