Audio for both tracks goes out of sync about 2/3rds the way through. Anyone else notice?

Yeah, I had the same thing. Tried to remux with another audio track from a lower bitrate copy but had the same issue so it appears the video is sped up a tiny bit as the sync gets worse the longer the video plays.
