Thanks for the heads up, I think I read about this when I researched about the leak. I decided that I'll only spoil myself with full episodes, otherwise will try to abstain from spoilers. I gotta admit that I did spoil myself about the 4th ep.
some of that stuff needs to be updated. they have some stuff for ep 5 that is in ep 4 etc. and miss a lot of stuff that has to happen in ep 6 . looks to me like most of that is just educated guesses from the set pics that we saw months ago.

I just checked, and yes, you can use authenticated proxies. This gives an insane universe of probabilities when it comes to MEGA downloading, because it can automatically rotates between proxies and send bandwidth limit to hell (as long as you're proxies aren't too common and used by a whole lot of pirates). So, yeah, try JD. I really work out how to grab multiple links with IDM, and it's SO easy to do with JD. Just copy the bunch of them and it's ready to download. By the way, what proxies do you use and what do you use them for? I mean, I get the privacy thing, but what else? I'm learning :)

Mine is provided by my ISP to filter the content I access through the web and perhaps to give more security to my connection, however mine doesn't work to bypass IP address blocking or privacy, for that a VPN is a better choice, thanks to the proxy server my WiFi connection is more secure because to access the web you don't only require the pass of the WiFi network but the proxy port and address and the authentication, there are other proxies on the web but I haven't used any of those since mine is provided directly from my ISP

No problem, I don't have extras for Metalocalypse unfortunately but I do have some for Squidbillies. Metalocalypse has been on my list of shows I need to upgrade anyway, I'm progressively moving my whole library to 1080p (or highest quality available) x265.

Nice, I built a small HTPC and threw in a 4TB HDD, it runs OpenElec which is a stripped down Linux distro designed to run KODI. I highly recommend going that route for the sake of stability but you're looking at a $200 investment instead of $60 with an Odroid C2.

KotH has been up for a few days, not sure what quality the 10.4 GB set you had was but I imagine this is better, these are full DVDrips created with quality in mind, I watch them on a 61" screen from 6' and they look very close to the DVD source. 10.4 GB sounds too small to maintain quality even if it were x265.

Yessir. Volume 4 was called "The 1998 Episodes" and Volume 5 was called "From The Kentucky Nightmare DVD". Both were sold only through the Adult Swim webstore, hence the rarity. Looks like they go for $75-100 a piece if someone decides to sell a used copy, but I haven't seen any listings in the past year or two.
