People in the comments section of the torrent were complaining the subs were bad so I thought I would have to wait for 3rd party fansubs. I finished downloading and the subs seem fine to me so W/e

The subs are bad. There are lots of untranslated parts just left blank, words with 0 and I in place of o and l, currency symbols in places they shouldn't be, lower case "i" on its own, and blatant mistranslations. Its really breaking my immersion trying to watch it. Every alternative subtitle i download is the same. Seems to be the default one from the BD. If anyone has a coherent sub srt I would love to have it.

I just finished the movie. It was fantastic. The subs were bad. Most of it was ok, but there were dozens of errors that even a high schooler could have easily fixed with a single revision. Im still waiting for good fansub myself.

Commie subs are good, if they release it Ill probably get it there. I get the vast majority of my fansubs from HorribleSubs though, and I dont know if they are releasing it.

Only things I've seen that might indicate that the sub was "bad" were the part when she starts saying feminine words for me, which all were translated to "I" and when sake was used instead of saké.
