If you're having trouble downloading from MEGA, or can't bypass the bandwidth limit, use ZippyShare with JDownloader.
Hop onto /r/megalinks and it's just full of GoT eps and here I am only just started watching season 1, I'm way to far behind

Just so you know, I envy you. Look at it this way, you get to enjoy and binge watch 3/4 of the show without the wait. And you get to watch it on your pace and time.
It's also good enough that you can rewatch it in order to catch other details you may have missed the first time through.
[-] Exp_Reaper | 2 points
In the spare time you could rewatch, I was spurred on to rewatch after seeing Jon choke out Littlefinger just like Ned. So many little nods and nuances to episodes from years ago that it warranted a rewatch. Also helps that GoT is probably the most rewatchable series out there.
[-] Alt_Sindri | 1 points
Fuck me for this detail. I just only now recall that specific Ned and Littlefinger scene. And then there is Littlefinger's response after Ned let him go saying how the Starks are quick to temper with slow minds.
Huh, I wonder how Littlefinger will act on that belief of his now that we're on season 7?

dead..
Links on zippyshare are down, could you re-upload them? I used JDownloader but part 7 says it does not exist, and I checked them all, looks like they already have taken them down. Thanks a lot!
EDIT: forgot to mention, I downloaded the 720p AMZN web rip.

Damn you must have a high upload speed to be able to load these so damn fast.
is it possible to watch this on my iPhone?
[-] truthdemon | 5 points
Why in god's name would you want to watch GoT on a damn phone? Get a projector or big TV at least!
My laptop cant handle 1080p or 720p and my iphones screen is pretty big.
[-] truthdemon | 3 points
Fair enough. You owe it to yourself to watch it again on a big screen one day though, it's so cinematic.
[-] Bloodzercer | 1 points
Hardhome and Battle of the Bastards on an IMAX screen...my God, I wouldn't be able to handle it.
What size screen do you watch on?
[-] truthdemon | 1 points
Actually watched Battle of the Bastards at a special cinema screening - in the biggest screen of that theatre. Was awesome. Usually watch on my home projector - I dunno but about 60-70"?
[-] Bloodzercer | 1 points
Wish I had a home projector. Do you just put it on a wall, or do you have a home theater devoted to this?
[-] truthdemon | 1 points
Just on a white wall. Got it fairly cheap a few years back, about the same price as a 32" TV at the time. Only 720p, but it's easily good enough and the files are smaller. Hooked up to my PC.

No, reasonably good headphones improve the experience, then you can play loud without complaints! (Depending on your living situation I guess - I'm in a houseshare) 5.1 speakers for a PC are affordable anyway. You should do it, I never looked back! Tip: check out the price of replacement bulbs for your model before you commit.
why should I choose x264 over x265?
x264 is an older encoder, which is the most commonly used one in the world, making it compatible with more devices.
x265 is newer and has a lot lower bitrate (kbps) than x264 (faster?), but being a bit heavier on the cpu usage and therefore requiring more power.
If I've got something wrong, or feel like I missed something, someone can correct/fill in.
If I have a Sandy Bridge CPU, and a mid-range smartphone from 2016, am I better off with x265 then? I mean, will I get better/same quality for less file size?
[-] happycakeday1 | 2 points
I downloaded the x265 version and in my shitty 2010 PC (2gb RAM) it lagged and pixelated all the time, hopefully my TV will work this week (!) So I'd say at least 4gb of RAM
[-] cosmicblue24 | 3 points
Try playing with mpv, my shitty laptop runs x265 like a charm even though VLC lags and stutters.
[-] happycakeday1 | 2 points
Thank you! It works far better than the grey silhouette situation I had going on, but it kinda looked like the Take on me video (colorized) I'll see later how I can configure the filters.
But what worked the best for my system was MPC-HC as someone else suggested, you can keep it as an alternative!
[-] cosmicblue24 | 1 points
Mpv looked fine for me out of the box so no idea why yours looks different.
MPC-HC used to use that a lot at one point of time, don't remember why I stopped using it. Oh wait, I think x265 files weren't much better on that either, eh oh well, mpv works so will stick to that!
VLC runs x265 poorly. Try with MPC-HC and see if you get different results.
[-] happycakeday1 | 1 points
Awesome! It works perfect. Thank you
I have 8GB in my PC and 3GB RAM on my phone and it runs like a charm. The sound is kinda low on volume, though. I wish I downloaded the 5.1ch one. But yeah, I think 2GB is pushing it.
[-] happycakeday1 | 2 points
Haha, yeah! I think my phone is more rigged (?)
If your player fails, try with MPC-HC. It worked even for me!
[-] random_raven | 1 points
Having all available versions - you're the real MVP OP. Thank you.
Whoa, idk why but I'm getting awful speeds at the AMZN torrent, glad I found this, thanks a lot!
Why no sound on my tv sharp for x264? Can i make it work on my tv ? It is work well on my laptop
[-] Katachotas | 1 points
Gracias!!
[-] SmashObsessed | 1 points
Every one of these either doesn't work at all or works for a few mins to like 40mins and just stops. Also I can't unzip it either. Say's it needs the next volume and wants me to insert a disk.
[-] hallowaslosdu | 1 points
the links are all dead, a reupload would be really nice.
Keep up the good work!

I know, right? I had to uninstall all the apps in my phone to put Popcorn Time and pray for there to be a <1GB version. Now I can watch when I get home :D
