I spent a lot of time looking at recaps on YouTube, and I think this fast-talking guy does the best job.
I recommend this one. It summarizes the series very well and is shorter than those.

HDTV = HDTV (duh), TBS = web (probably HBO go), AMZN = amazon web-dl, webrip x265 = amzn web-dl re-encoded
I meant like whats the difference in terms of quality and such. They all vary so much in file size, even though they are the same 1080.
As /u/douhaveanygreypoupon mentioned, the HDTV release is a simple SD release. AMZN WEBRip's are the best, quality wise. They have a very high bit-rate and DD+5.1 audio. The ones by TBS have a relatively lower bit-rate, and use AAC audio. x265 versions use HEVC, which is why they're smaller in size.
There's different versions if you've got bandwidth restrictions, or too worried about quality. If you don't really care and want the best quality release, grab the 1080p AMZN WEBRip (3.5 GB)
It is important to mention that x265 is OK to watch on a computer.
The same probably isn't true for TVs, bluray players or media players because most of these devices aren't compatible with that encoding.
I always stick with h264 unless I intend to watch the movie on the computer (in this case x265 is the obvious choice).

HDTV will be the lowest since it appears to be SD (no resolution in filename + file size). the 1080's all look pretty similar, the x265 loses a tiny amount of grain which you aren't going to notice unless you're picking through the frames one by one like I'm doing now.
Quality wise there doesn't seem to be a bad choice, the main difference is the audio (TBS is stereo 2.0 while the amazon x264 is E-AC3 5.1 & the x265 is just AC3 5.1). no idea whether you'd be able to tell the difference between the two.
I don't much care for x265 since most encoders butcher the video in return for a small file size but PSA but did a damn good job on this encode.

What's the best version for the s8 plus? I downloaded the Amazon repack but my phone couldn't handle it... it has no audio. Please help!
-TBS has out of sync audio and video on some devices (like Vizio Smart TV). It is in sync on computer and android phone but out of sync on TV.
