Automoderator does a lot of the deletions but some people abuse the tags to avoid it being removed. [REQUEST] gets autodeleted but a request using [TV] or [MOVIE] doesn't.
No separate request topics needs adding into the sidebar and bans issued on first offense. The weekly request thread is literally the second post on the sub all the time so it's not as if it's hard to find.
