Mega has transfer limit for free users, you need to either wait for the timer to expire/switch to a vpn or use the zippyshare dlc links with jDownloader2/mipony which doesn't have a limit.
Zippyshare links are for people without a pro account.

IDM "supports" DLC but it's a little hacky - no idea if it still works as the article is from 2011.
forget it the jDownloader2 have avast antius very difficult to uninstall no matter what thanks for sharing
