I was entering the key in the wrong place, you need to enter the password first, then you'll find the place to enter the key. I was doing it wrong and then re-read the description and had overlooked the hint for the password

If you re-read the instructions, I was making a simple mistake and that was the reason I was having problems. First the password, then the decryption key, both instructions are given above. Just give it a re-read and then try. It just worked for me

Key worked for me so if it was being entered correctly, it may have been fixed. There is a hint for the password which needs to be entered first. I missed it since I wasn't really reading the description too carefully. There is a hint for the password
