Wii U USB Helper gets you all of games for Cemu that you could ever want. There's no need to be posting Wii U dumps right now. Citra games are fine because a special process has to be done to the games to be used with Citra. I've also been able to find PS3 and every younger generation of console's game. I haven't found Xbox 360 games that weren't torrents yet, but they probably exist out there too.
If you've checked it and it's not on the PS3 download site or Wii U USB helper, then by all means post it. This is just easier on our 5GB/12 hour Mega Downloader limits. I debated naming the title "Don't Post Console Games Unless They're X360, 3DS, PS4, or XBONE" or something, but Cemu is currently the most prevalent one I see.

that's just you opinion tho, I think having .wux games is better than what you get with wiiu usb helper.
In what way?

just 1 file, less fragmentation, tidier, no need to extract or have the NUS DL be extracted. (might even load faster while in-game but that's pure speculation)
that being said, I still don't understand why cemu can read wud files but can't read a folder containing an undecrypted NUS game)
(same for updates ans DLCs, why do I have to decrypt them when clearly cemu CAN handle encrypted content)

I don't have a problem downloading them, and I don't own a Wii U. I get why the size of these games is bothersome with the 5GB/12 hours limit, but to me, it's fine, and a compromise I'm ready to make.

It's just not necessary because Wii U USB has every game that can be found on the Wii Shop with unlimited downloads. Even without the mega limits, it still wouldn't make sense to download from here, because you have to go to Wii U USB to download updates and DLC anyways.
