How low is the bitrate that this 1080p version is a lower size than your 720p version?

I rip the versions from different places. The 720p is directly from the TV, the 1080p is online.

All I know is 720p - Total Bitrate 3845kbps

Yeah. Greater bitrate means more data throughput. So higher bitrate 720p will look better than lower bitrate 1080p. Same thing for 1080p to 4k. I have noticed the higher bitrate stuff gets less artifacts during playback, which is just annoying to get.
