I downloaded the file, but the file has no extension - it just ends "Dacothetrainer", no dot-anything. I tried changing the extension to rar and zip and neither worked. What is the appropriate format for unzipping? (Or is it not zipped and I just need to change it to "mp4"?

EDIT: Never mind. My last guess was right. It's an mp4. :-)
