Other than an HDR compatible TV, what else do i need to be able to play contents like this? ex. min video card, processor, software?

possibly nothing if the tv is a smart tv with a media player built in. most have usb connects that you can put an external hd on. read the disk with the media player. if the tv doesn't have that capability I'd get a pc with a good graphics card with hdr capabilities

Nothing on my laptop can play it... Windows media player came the closest but it was still choppy as hell. VLC didn't show a picture at all.
