The original Soundcloud album is no longer available, most likely due to the recent official soundtrack release (which you can get in FLAC here). The official album only contains the vocal tracks of the series, whereas this release includes almost all of the music in the entire show (almost all, and only in MP3 quality sadly).
As I didn't see this uploaded anywhere else, I've decided to do this myself.

Is this missing anything from the SC? Or is the "almost all" in reference to that A&S didn't upload all the music from the show?

This is all the tracks they released on Soundcloud, they just didn't upload everything from the show. For example, I really wanted the track that plays when Lapis saves Peridot from the Ruby ship in S3E4 "Barn Mates". But since everything on the Soundcloud was released chronologically, when they skipped it I knew it was never going to come.
I did actually include the Mike Krol tracks in my upload which weren't originally in the Soundcloud release, so there's that at least.
