The only version i could find is this early release in 480p quality :( I guess tomorrow on torrents 1080p will appear.

I just started an amazon prime video trial out of desperation and episode 7 isn't up on there either :S

I did find one in 720p but it was dubbed in russian ..

This 480p version source is Amazon Prime so if it isn't up there i guess it must have been taken down for some reason or it was only available to certain people like press etc.

i am worried with all the talk about people leaving/moving. alot less posts and like you said, multiple versions not appearing. I am sure someone will put them up later though.
