By looking at the spectrum, I can tell that the bitrate of the audio is ~192kbps. I can tell by looking at where the spectrum cuts off (it cuts off at around 17kHz). A lot of 384kbps 5.1 WEB-DLs cut off at the same frequency, and I don't know why.

a true 320kbps stereo MP3 would cut off at 20kHz.

Video quality is good, but there are russian burnt-in subs for english written text somewhere (on a screen, a document etc.). Around 10 cases of this throughout the movie.
