Just seems like a plausible solution
EDIT: I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE SOME CONCERNS. Does anybody have any options that dont need a VPN or messing with our routers. I just would like to see if we can recreate this using another host or something

If you use 7-Zip, you can encrypt a .7z archive with AES encryption (including file names). The uploader could use a long, random passcode and paste it next to the download link. I am concerned about whether there are bandwidth limits, though...

No limits downloading from Google Drive from personal experience grabbing WiiU and PC games from GDrive sources

i feel like its worth a try if people can grab those links fast enough. Its much easier than messing around with ip address and vpn
