It is zipped, yes. There's 10 RAR files, one for each season.

I literally upgraded my Mega account to get this. It was taken down before I completed. I am a big fan and already bought the whole DVD set. Cannot afford to buy a whole new one in bluray. Anyone who has imported this one please help?

Warning: The bluray versions of Friends have a lot of missing scenes and the original 4:3 video has been cropped down to widescreen format. If you want a true original version DVD rip is as good as you can get.

Not true. It was shot on film, which is widescreen. It was later cropped for the DVD release, actually.
