The familiar runout groove loop at the end of A Day In the Life (Track 13, mono disc 4) is incomplete. It cuts out way too early. The same goes for this track on the similarly titled download up on the Pirate's Bay. Is this how it is on the actual disc? If not, I would question the EAC logs and extraction method of these uploads.

I've discovered the reason why the loop cuts out early on the new mono transfer of A Day In the Life. Apparently the Mono version on this new Pepper's box set is a direct transfer of the original tape, which only had the sample playing once. The "looping" of that sample only occurred once they put the master tape onto vinyl in 1967, as the needle kept running over and over the sample as the vinyl disc reached the center, at the end of the album. To preserve that effect, every major CD issue since then has recreated the loop to mimic the vinyl, just as they did on the 2009 mono and stereo boxset versions of the Pepper album, as well as on the 2017 stereo version of the album in this new box. For the 2017 mono version in the new box, they instead kept the sample in its original, pre-vinyl form, so it only plays once, just like on the original tape.

I'm new to mega and trying to unpack this 7z file on my chromebook. I've used various apps and website options, but they all reject the file, even with the password provided.
Any thoughts?

As far as I know, Chrome OS currently does not support .7z (or .rar). You can try an online service like http://online.b1.org/online, but then of course you'd have to upload it again.
Any chance you can get access to a PC or Mac?
