From this list, I would personally recommend... Django Unchained. Logan was good too but you've seen it.

not sure there are really any good ones there tbh ;/ I haven't seen many, but for the most part I looked at the description before and none of them are calling out to me.

I saw T2 Trainspotting and 5th wave, but they were both unmemorable.

Taken was ok, but most have seen that one... I heard Drone's really bad.

I think Vixen's animated DC superhero of the shapeshifter girl. probably good if you're into that.

I watched half of John Wick 2 but couldn't get into it.

Maybe i'm just not in a movie mood right now, idk. I think I really need a good space sci fi movie to see. something different, like the way Event Horizon hit me.

If you want something different (although not sci-fi), you could try reservoir dogs. An amazing movie, especially if you read very little before jumping in. That's the one that shook me out of my movie funk.

yeah of course, one of my faves. i'm a big fan of most of Tarantino's stuff.

I've seen probably almost everything that's been made and that I would like, I think. You'd be hard pressed to recommend an actual good movie I hadn't considered or seen.

and if it's really good, i've probably seen it again recently. resevoir dogs i've probably seen.... 1-3 years ago... for... I think that may have been viewing 3 or 4.

to be fair, Event Horizon is a super great movie (in its domain). Its one of my top 5 movies ever id say.

nothing recently released even comes close to the dense and thrilling story (with added science and religion). its just a masterpiece in my opinion.

been waiting for something similar for many many years now. starting to think about it, i even remember watching it the first time on blurry VHS...

The Great Wall (although i suggest a higher quality rip than this as the movie is freaking beast of a spectacle)
