TBH it wasn't up to par IMO. When I read:

When shown on Gothenburg Film Festival, several attendants in the audience fainted and vomited. Over 30 people left the cinema prematurely and they had to take a break in the middle of the movie due to all the turmoil.

I was expecting something actually graphic, which it really wasn't. It was actually quite tame, and more on the level of In my Skin as opposed to say A Serbian Film or Antichrist.

Still a solid film with good cinematography. Just don't go in expecting a snuff film like IMDB conveys it as

Yep. I'm the type that likes to watch controversial horror films that push the envelope so I guess I've been desensitized.

And I could see where you'd say it was a little raw. Can't get any more raw than trying to wax your pubes and severing your sisters finger or eating your sisters sleeping roommates leg
