When you UnRAR the downloaded four parts you will see the folder with the iso file in it.

If you don't know how to install an ISO file use <a href="https://www.daemon-tools.cc/products/dtLite">DAEMON TOOLS LITE 10</a> | Megalinks MegaDB DAEMON TOOLS LITE 10

Mount ISO & install.
Open ISO folder in File Explorer. In the mounted iso folder [SKIDROW | Megalinks MegaDB SKIDROW] should be the exe this is the "crack".
Copy & overwrite the exe from the [SKIDROW | Megalinks MegaDB SKIDROW] folder into the Doom installed folder.
Eject ISO then launch the game & play.
