I've never had any problems with MegaDownloader up until a few weeks ago. Since then, every video file I download stops playing after like 10%, and all installers say that the setup file is corrupt.

I've tried everything from reinstalling MegaDownloader to playing around with the connection settings to changing the location of files on my MEGA account. Nothing seems to work.

Any recommendations for fixes? Thanks.

Use JDownloader2.

keeps the folders

lets you download individual subfolders

gets rid of the transfer cap (just like MegaDownloader)

keeps the order of the subfolders and preserves the path

works for sites other than MEGA

lets you save links in the link grabber

It does everything MegaDownloader does and more it does more (well, except for streaming and getting link from image but I don't think a lot of people use that anyway)

This is a big one. I'm constantly amazed at what I can use it for, from imgur albums to bypassing download restrictions in other websites.

Problem with JD2 is Mega's daily limit. I've always used JD2 and still do but had to switch to MegaDownloader for Mega links.

Like I mentioned, it does everything megadownloader does. That includes getting ris of the limits. It lets me download as much as I want so I have no idea what you mean by the limit. Maybe you're talking about the earlier versions, but the current version gets rid of the limits.

My MegaDownloader just crashes (whenever it boots), even after a clean install. I just use Jdownloader 2

Not sure how to fix MegaDownloader, but I use jdownloader 2 for everything and if there is an issue, there is usually an update in less than 24 hours. And there rarely is an issue.

Use the streaming feature of mega downloader, and download the file using Idm. It works every time!
