What is this link?

the source for the noir edition will have been the colour version, it was regraded into black & white with approval from the director

It's an official release and not a fanmade/custom edition - comes with the blu-ray set as a separate disc.

Copied from /u/apocalypse_gladiator's reply a while ago which i think explains it pretty well (with some minor edits for context).

A Remux containts the correct stream file (From a Blu-Ray Disc) usually as an .mkv without any loss (exact same video and audio quality as the source bluray) where only the main lossless track is kept. Meaning the file is going to be large, how large depends on the video bit-rate mostly.

Basically you get the video and audio streams (untouched) from one container into another.

In this case, this remux contains multiple audio sources which also contribute to the large file size. Although, still, remuxes tend to be pretty big. 20GB+ usually.

If by original you mean original source then absolutely none, a remux is an untouched direct blu ray rip, zero compression at all. It's like watching the actual bluray disc. Any other encode no matter how high a bitrate is an encode of the source and features some sort of compression. Although tbh you could've just googled "what is a remux"
