If you're using MegaDownloader just uncheck the "Create Directories" checkbox. All the files will go to their proper folders that way.

Thanks for responding. Where do I find "Create Directories" though? I don't see it in the settings. I have an option called "Create Folder Per Package", is that it?

You can import all the files to your account and then create a link for each discography. Besides tiestos discography all the other discographies folders are in rar files. So albums, singles and remixes wont get mixed up.
