It works fine. Try this english bin file. Solves the problem with voiceovers. Its a temporary link before i upload the file to mega.

After you download the english bin file, you move it to your installation folder with the other .bin files and run the setup again and choose the english language option in the installation.

Legal:

You get denuvo's stick up your ass with daily checks requiring internet to make the game work
steam clearly states that you do not own your own library of games
No backup of the game that you can put on a hard drive and use it whenever you want without a mandatory third and fourth program and access to internet to make it work
twice the download size LOL

Illegal pirating:

No updates, but you own totally the game, can use it whenever you want, wherever in the world you want, no regional restrictions, no internet checks, nothing. It simply runs like a good old open source program.

I mean, what the fuck. The situation should be the opposite for those who give money for the product. This world makes no sense at all.

Yeah its messed up. Game Corps want to make more profits. Only if you want it for multiplayer then you have to buy it legally, but there's even some games that can be played on multiplayer on pirate servers.

After you download the game and english language bin files above, you put them together in a folder and run the setup file.exe and during the setup choose the english language pack and click install and done

Microsoft security essentials is fine, does the job. Third party av are problematic with fitgirl repacks. Did you put the real time protection off.

Try changing the directory you installing in. Try program files/x86 it can help.
