[META] Help using megadownloader. | Megalinks MegaDB [META] Help using megadownloader.

I've got the folder link and key. I know where to put the folder link but I have no clue where to input the key in megadownloader. Am I supposed to combine them or something and input them the add links window? Any help would be appreciated.

Basically, treat the link as Part 1 of the URL, and the key as Part 2. In other words, just paste the key after the link, and it should be the full URL that you can add into MegaDownloader.

I tried this but it didn't work till I put a "!" in between the url and the link. Thanks though.

Click on the Plus in MD, paste it in, done.

Well maybe it changed, but jDownloader was limited with Mega (I use it for many years now and love this software) and megadownloader was unlimited, but I'm gonna give it a new try if you say it works fine !

I was limited like if I downloaded directly on the Mega website, a quota and after I had to be premium... But I just downloaded 2 seasons with Jdownloader, so thank you very much, it is not limited anymore ! =)

Go to Config.

Click Capture links from clipboard

Save.

Now anytime you copy a mega link with MD open it will auto post and all you have to hit is Add links!

It has to be the FINISH LINK AFTER THE PASSWORD Done.

sherlock is correct. Another method is to open the link on your browser, insert the key when asked and then copy the link from your browser. When you input the key on the Mega website it automatically adds it to the original URL.

I actually just switched from Megadownloader to Mipony yesterday which another user here recommended. It appears to be working well so far.

Hi, I have another question about downloading with megadownloader : whenever I want to DL some data from a folder on Mega (like in the media collection for exemple) I cannot add the link in Megadownloader, it says "Unexpected value encountered" (indeed, the link seems unusual) and the only choice is to add the data on my Mega Account and then download it...

Do you know if there is a method to download that king of folder other than on Mega directly ?

When downloading through megadownloader do most people get slower speeds than through megalinks normally? It always starts high (1-2mbps) however seems to eventually fall to 4-600kbps when I can get much higher through megalinks. Is it because I'm using too many connections per download?

I use it to get around the cap. I get the same speeds but for some reason browsing slows down to a crawl when I download through it (doesn't happen when downloading through the browser).
