I watched it recently, its okaaaay but not the brainwashing film I wanted. It runs out of steam and ends kind of lamely.

I watched it last night... I expected a little more from it (the scope is very narrow), and yes it definitely runs out of steam towards the end! It felt like a test run for The OA (which on the whole I loved but also ran out of steam!)

The East is worth a watch if you haven't already seen it though.
