Am I the only one who has problems with the way AliQ rips are done into 2 episodes per file? I know it seems okay, but when Plex tries to pick up the files it usually tends to skip that second-half of each file..

Let me know if you guys have any suggestions on an easy way to rename/cut them. I have filebot

It's not AliQ's fault. They are sticking to the proper airing orders and avoiding a crap ton of work for themselves. It's the annoying way the TVDB decided to order things. It makes sense that they want each individual cartoon/show to be it's own entry, but it makes it hard when you want to enjoy the show the way it was meant and aired. The only thing I can suggest is to suck it up and let Plex scrape it and have it sort of mismatched, or you can split files with some software and add the intro/outro to each one that is missing it.

It's annoying and very time consuming, but it will look so wonderful when it's correctly organized.

i hear you on that. axe cop thankfully doesn't need to do this.

what I've done so far is gone into every catdog episode and renamed them as s01e01-e02, s02e03-e04, etc. splitting the files are also doable, but way too much work for me lol.

Yeah I hear you. I was doing that but it still messes up the order of the episodes and metadata. It's upsetting that there's not at least another option. They even screwed up the Aired order sort. I am actually working (albeit VERY slowly) on splitting my collection of all of the 90's/00's cartoons that are messed up on TVDB. If I ever finish, I'll be sure to share!

So I've been digging through dex lab, turns out a lot of the titles don't even match with the episode tier. because I care way too much i'll be at this all night. lol.

EDIT: http://pasted.co/31768381 this is the PROPER file names for catdog. Just search for a keyword, & copy the filename from here & paste it in your files. PASS IS: mega

EDIT2: thought I'd share the program I used to make renaming a little easier: http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Main_Intro.php it lets you remove all the [AliQ] as well as the file quality etc, in bulk.

You know, I always forget about that! I've had a few series that I've tried to do that with and they're either little known or TVDB just forgot/don't care but they didn't have a sort for dvd/aired so I always plain forget about the option.
