It's just the name of the subbing group. It might be a joke since they directly rip subs from official releases on Crunchyroll. But by no means are their subs horrible! There are subbing groups called Noobsubs, Deadfish, etc.

Look at the link above (in OP's post) and find the letter that is thicker than the others. That's the bold | Megalinks MegaDB bold letter. (It's near the start of the string)

According to the FAQ on the site it says:

We have a database of the torrents on nyaa up to ~~April 5~~ May 1. That means almost nothing is lost.

So it should be a pretty complete mirror of the original nyaa. I hope it's here to stay! Losing Nyaa was a big blow to anime torrenting :/
