I do appreciate this, but how am I supposed to download it... like mega allows only 6 or something to be downloaded per day right?? and this alone is 60+ GB. So any insights regarding this will be appreciated

It's not possible to decrypt these on mac, although I've read you can run megadownloader with wine.

maybe /u/pkuploads will be able to upload & post a public version?
