I have both tried it on my 4k TV and compared screenshots, I can't really tell a difference, only that the bitrate is higher.
Then I don't know what's wrong with your 4k TV. At least, on my 4k monitor and in my eyes there is a big difference with ROVERS's 1080p.

yeah i think the only tv's "worth" getting are oled's but they're still way overpriced, i got my non-oled one for $1360 and i'm never spending that much on a tv again, it's wasted money
