Title asks it all, I got a the entire collection of Bob Ross's Joys of Painting and wondering if it's worth to upload the entire 80gb of it, lol
I might use encrypted image links & the public link because it's going to take a hell of a long time to get it up, and I don't want it taken down instantly.
So, to get to the main question, is anyone interested in the entire Bob Ross collection?
Edit: How the hell did this get so popular? Anyway, I'll put it up here later today/tomorrow, it's gotta finish uploading.

Hey everyone! Jesus Christ, there is LOTS of demand for this. I didn't know you guys liked Bob Ross so damn much LOL!
I planned to upload it all today, but not all episodes were the highest quality they can be, and I had some other things to do, along with uploading being slow today, meaning I can't upload it here on the sub until tomorrow.
Thank you!

Sorry for grammar

If they're sourced from iTunes.

yeah i'd be down, esp since this would save me the time of downloading it via youtube-dl or jdownloader

I honestly don't think a mega link is really necessary. All of his shows are on Youtube AFAIK.
Just use youtube-dl. After you install youtube-dl and add the exe location to your path, type
"youtube-dl -f bestvideo+bestaudio --write-sub --embed-subs --merge-output-format mkv https://www.youtube.com/user/BobRossInc/videos"
into the command line. It'll give you all of the videos on that channel in MKV format, with the best audio, and it'll add the subtitles from the youtube video (they'll be on by default IIRC, but they can be turned off).
Best of all, if you have to interrupt the download at any time, youtube-dl is smart enough to know which videos you already downloaded and won't redownload them.
Keep in mind that this will download the videos in the highest quality, so it'll take up a large chunk of your hard drive.

Is there a way to make yoytube-dl save all of the videos in x265 to save space?

Format Factory (freeware, untick special offers) will batch convert them afterwards.

https://handbrake.fr/ is open source and free without the bullshit special offers.
Here's a guide on x265 encoding with it as well:

A quick google search says "No".
I'm a devout user of HEVC/x265/H.265, I wish it supported it as well. I would use something like Handbrake or XMedia Recode if you have a 900 or 1000 series Nvidia GPU. Or you could use ffmpeg if you like the comand line.

Just remember to encode using "NVENC H265/X265/HEVC" or it won't encode any faster than handbrake.

pipe it to ffmpeg or use the postprocessing/exec arguments
