I checked the pre-tracers for S02 and it the 1080p versions usually went up around a week after the 720p versions of each episode.

Edit: there's a torrent for it up now if anyone wants it.

Probably because FX hasn't provided it in 1080p yet. If it's like S02, 1080p versions should be available about a week after the 720p versions.
