Only the first two have official extended cuts.

Abc Family has some extended versions that they've shown during their harry potter marathons, but they're not available in any release. It basically takes the deleted scenes off the dvd/blurays and interjects them into the movie.

The best way i could suggest is to download low resolution versions loke mHD or 480p and extract the desired audio language and mux it with the high resolution one.

Yeah! Check the run time, if it matches in 95% of cases the audio will be in perfect sync! But don't expect the multi-audio to be as good as the default one which is dts and dd. Search for torrents with ac3 audio in the desired lang, that should give you better and crisper audio then aac audio!
