HDRip is ambiguous but implies that the source is HD quality (720p/1080p). However, resolution alone does not determine quality as a high bitrate DVDrip can look better than a low quality 720p encode.

Edit: This is why scene groups include sample videos.

It's the best quality you'll see until a real rip comes out. There's Korean subs that are on it (as the OP states). I took a look at a few seconds worth of it and it's very watchable.
