If it is an ISO, then you can use the following windows utility to rip it. https://github.com/sacd-ripper/sacd-ripper/releases
If you want to rip it in DSD, then the following command will do the trick. It will rip the tracks to dsf files.
sacd-extract -2 -s -i "name of sacd.iso"
Then these dsf files can be played using foobar2000 or any compatible program.
