For the lazy people who want to have the english titles you can:

Get the title list from this folder
Use the free program Mp3tag
In Mp3tag open the folder with the OST
Select all music files
Go to Convert -> Text file - Tag
Choose the text file with the titles in "filename:"
The format string should be: %title%
Click preview to check if everything looks alright
"Ok" to parse the text file and then ctrl+s to save the tags

There are two versions of titles files, one with both japanese and english and one with english only. Titles taken from the discogs entries here and here
