EDIT: Since Tumblr deleted the "read me" files I had written, just remember that 1.exe, 2.exe and 3.exe are the 3 trainers, which all do different stuff (one is really good for editing cars in the garage, one for damage-proof cars, heavy cars etc. and the last one for the no police cheat). The fly mod is activated by holding W+Shift+Spacebar, and then you can release all but 1 button to keep flying. I think you have to run the game (gta-vc.exe) as an administrator, cause i just tried on Win 10 and otherwise it crashes. The cursor bug affects most of Rockstrar games, you can Google a solution that works for you.

Fly mod, all car models changed with real/movie cars, many texture changes, plus i attached 3 trainers which nave a lot of cool cheats. I did have a guide with all the keyboard commands but I think the page is offline now
