A heads-up: the Amazon rips have banding issues while the iTunes WEB-DLs do not.

I think I'll stick with WEB-DLs because I know I get exactly what's being downloaded from the source, no recompression or changes of any sort.
By the way if you altered the video it is not a repack, it's a recompression.

it's a webrip....amazon rips cannot be ripped untouched with the way the drm is cracked all amazon rips must be re-encoded. my encodes are all transparent -- the banding was present in the source and someone pointed it out to me. i fixed it in the repack.

listen...all amazon rips MUST be re encoded. it is a repack because i re encoded it the SAME WAY except during the process i fixed the banding.

I looked at your rips. You didn't fix the banding, you added noise to obscure the banding.

Not only is it dithered, the blue channel is severely chroma-downsampled (look at the edge between Scaramouch's chin and his red collar)

The iTunes WEB-DL isn't pristine, but at least it doesn't have banding, dithering, or chroma downsampling.
