Yeah +/- around that time. Mine took 3h 14min to extract but with an ssd it will finish way faster.

Thats an error. If it said game9 or game10 checksum error when verifying the files then its fine, but the best thing for you to do is reinstall. Change the directory to another place like install it in programfilesx86. Also check if your antivirus is off during the installation and that you have enough hdd space.
