THANK YOU!!!! I'm so excited to give this a watch. I watched the series 2.5 times last year so watching the whole thing again right now isn't something I'm ready for, but watching a 4.5 hour movie version of it sounds so much more appealing.

It sounds weird on a piracy sub, but I'm gonna subscribe to Showtime when twin peaks starts airing, and then cancel once its finished hahaha.

So I've just finished the two original seasons of the show and as such wanted to see Fire Walk With Me. I wondered if I should watch this fan-edit instead of the official film since this is considered more a more definitive release? Cheers.

Personally I'd watch the normal version first, just because at least you then know what everyone else knows who doesn't watch Q2. Then watch Q2 to get a fuller experience. The original edit Lynch was given by his editor was 5 hours long, so even Q2 isn't everything we could have.
