I would say high quality. The copies distributed to theaters, for example, are somewhere in the range of 200 GB per film. This is nowhere near that quality, but you will not be able to tell the difference in 99.99% of cases. So this is the highest quality at the smallest size. 10 bit color is only useful if you have a 10-bit monitor, otherwise it will just display in 8-bit color.
