Episodes s04e16 and s06e10 should be uncensored. The only way that one will find the negan speech uncensored is if someone uploads the alternate extended "Last Day on Earth" episode, which is listed as an 'extra' rather than the official episode. I have it, and I'd upload it, but my ul speeds are complete shit. If I can find another link of it, I'll post it here (Or at least, Announce that I have found it for people to pm me for a link, if I can't find it as a mega link. Rules and all).

On the upside, supposedly, Season 7's and onwards alternate takes should all just be part of the same official episode, so Negans extra "fucks" from now on should be on the Bluray.

Like I said, Barring any major changes to my internet speeds, I won't be uploading anything. It'd take forever to get even a 1GB file up on Mega's servers on my end. I will try to look around and see if I can find it, already online though. And if I can't find a MEGA version, I can always just pm anyone who requests, the link location I got it from (I would just post it here, but it's a Google Drive Link, and Rules explicitly state 'MEGA links only.' UNLESS MODS GIVE A CLAIRIFICATION THAT NON MEGA LINKS ARE OKAY IN COMMENT SECTIONS.).

WARNING NOTE: I might not actually have the fully extended version. I had always heard that the extended version of the episode ran like, 92 minutes, but mine is only about 65, so I might just have the regular episode with (somehow) the uncensored Negan speech.

Resolution means nothing without proper bitrate. The higher the resolution, the higher the bitrate required to achieve quality. 6 seasons of TWD in x264 at 26GB suggests that the bitrate is way too low for 720p. You should reasonably expect between 1-2.5GB+ per episode. 1080p would require even higher bitrate. Given that this encoder uses extremely low bitrates, if they released 1080p versions, they'd be worse quality than these 720p ones.

quality won't change with higher bitrate? seriously, what a load of crap. everyone knows TWD is full of grain - it needs as much bitrate as it can get. when you lowball it you get hideous ugly crap like this.
