Yep. One of those directors with outstanding visual style, like Sergio Leone. Hard to find To's movies though, I remember looking through torrents a while back and only being able to get a few of them

No, I'll have to check it out. I've only seen a handful of his films really, like PTU, Revenge, and a couple of the Election ones. Want to see more but like I said it was hard to find last time I checked
